Responsibilities:
- Implement quality control measures for all equipment
- Ensure adherence to company Policy and Procedures
- Manage workshop repairs, testing, and failure analysis
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Oversee assembly, maintenance, and refurbishment of mining equipment
- Provide continuous training to staff and new employees
- Compile and communicate product performance data
- Manage assets and workshop employees
Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- Trade qualification in Fitting, Millwright, or Diesel Mechanic
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing
- Mining experience (advantageous)
- No criminal record and medically fit
